"Get a word in edgewise" nghĩa là gì?

'Get a word in edgewise' có một từ mới là edgewise, nghĩa là từ phía bên cạnh. Vì thế, 'get a word in edgewise' nghĩa là vội xen một lời vào cuộc chuyện trò của người khác, thường có một ý nghĩa tiêu cực.
