"Agony column" nghĩa là gì?

'Agony column' nghĩa là mục Nhỏ to tâm sự/Tâm sự bạn đọc (của 1 tờ báo); kiểu chị Thanh Tâm/Tầm Thư/anh Chánh Văn... (a column in a newspaper or magazine offering advice on personal problems to readers who write in).

Ví dụ
Daniel Defoe, the author of “Robinson Crusoe”, penned an agony column for the Review, a magazine he founded in 1704.

In his first "Agony Column" Jon Speelman briefly remembers the times when Magnus Carlsen was still a kid and then presents two interesting games by Rudy Van Kamenade, who will soon turn 70.

Before my time, agony columns were sources of advice on how to behave. There were leaflets such as “How to Eat an Avocado Pear”, “How to Lay a Table” and “How to Furnish a Guest’s Room”.
