'It's feeding time at the zoo' = đến giờ ăn trong sở thú -> hàm ý một nhóm người ăn uống nhộn nhạo, không kiểm soát nổi (something that you say when a group of people are eating together in a way that is not controlled or organized).

As we all know, these bus rides aren’t always filled with rainbows and sunshine. Some bus stops can look like it’s feeding time at the zoo during those class hours. Simple discomforts like overcrowding and being sneezed on by the student next to you are still unpleasant, but they are norms on the bus system.

When we go into their room, they break into a fight. Then the tantrums (cơn thịnh nộ, cơn tam bành) begin with the three-year-old, because if it's not a pink sparkly dress, she'll go ballistic (nổi khùng). Then there will be another fight, because one of them is wearing a bow the other one wants. Then it's feeding time at the zoo. I'm still in my pyjamas, looking like something you dragged out of a bush.

We take it for granted that lions should eat meat and giant pandas should eat bamboo, for no more evidence-based reason than: that’s what they eat. That’s what they are adapted to eat. There are, to my knowledge, no randomized trials to determine who gets what when it’s feeding time at the zoo. Homo sapiens are constitutional (thể tạng, thể chất) omnivores (động vật ăn tạp). That is not controversial, representing the consensus view of every qualified biologist, physiologist, and anthropologist to opine (cho rằng, chủ trương là, phát biểu về) on the matter. Some go further, such as E.O. Wilson in The Social Conquest of Earth, to note, for instance, human adaptations not only to meat — but to cooked meat. The hunt, and the tribal fire around which its success was celebrated, are of common, ancient lineage.
