"Talk someone’s head off" nghĩa là gì?

'Talk someone’s ear off' có nghĩa là nói nhiều đến độ làm cho người nghe phải mệt mỏi chán nản, y như là tai của họ bị rụng mất (nói váng cả tai, cả óc).

I shouldn’t have sat beside my aunt Louise at dinner. I asked her how she was feeling and she talked my ear off. I got so tired (mệt mỏi) of listening to her health problems that I finally had to excuse myself (xin lỗi để đi chỗ khác).
