"Sticking-point" nghĩa là gì?

'Sticking-point' nghĩa là một vấn đề hay một điểm khiến thỏa thuận không thể đạt được, hay ngăn cản quá trình đạt được tiến triển; điểm tắc nghẽn (a problem or point on which agreement cannot be reached, preventing progress from being made).
