"Tax exile" nghĩa là gì?

'Tax exile' có từ exile là sống tha hương, sống lưu vong; vì thế từ này nghĩa là người sống lưu vong tránh thuế, có thu nhập cao nhưng chọn nơi thu thuế thấp để sống (a person with a high income or considerable wealth who chooses to live in a country or area with low tax rates).
