'Tax sale' nghĩa là bán đấu giá tài sản để trả thuế còn thiếu, bán đấu giá cưỡng chế tài sản vì thiếu thuế Nhà nước (a public auction of tax deeds and/or tax liens used to recover delinquent real property taxes).

Larry Friday, the city's director of taxation, said the property is scheduled to be sold off for unpaid taxes at the city's next tax sale in May.
