'Fish-eating grin' (nụ cười ăn cá sống) nghĩa là một nụ cười tự mãn, tự phụ, khinh khỉnh (a smug, self-satisfied, or overly pleased smile, especially one that (intentionally or unintentionally) irritates others).
Ví dụ
