"Privy Council" nghĩa là gì?

'Privy Council' có từ privy là riêng tư, kín, bí mật; và cụm từ này nghĩa là hội đồng cố vấn (cho một nhà lãnh đạo; a body of advisers or private counselors appointed by a sovereign or a governor general (now chiefly on an honorary basis and including present and former government ministers)), ngoài ra còn có nghĩa là Hội đồng cơ mật Hoàng gia Anh.
