'Out of square' with something nghĩa là không vuông góc với cái gì (not at right angles); không hòa hợp, lủng củng.

Ví dụ

I had to have three of the windows replaced because they had been fitted out of square and there wasn't a proper seal.

A few millimetres out at one end can lead to the pitch being a metre or more out of square at the far end of the pitch.

It's the framed opening that has changed and the door needs to be adjusted to fit squarely into the frame that is itself now out of square.
