Acute tooth's marrow inflammation

Hic, these days, I felt such a great pain in tooth that I have to shed tears when food slip into tooth’s hole or when drink cold water; the pain then spread to adjacent ones which make me feel like my teeth were rioting. I spent two sleepless night until 5 am in the morning just because of paintful feeling like roll of drum in my ear.
I went to see a dentist and he used a special instrument (I don’t know what it is called but maybe an “engine arm”) to drill my tooth. When he was drilling, I could even smell light smoke puffing out, hic so dreadful. After that, he dressed it with medicine and fixed an appointment with me 5 days later. 350k VND flew out of my wallet.
Hic, from now on, I could say farewell to my tooth, it will become useless as explained by the dentist: “marrow provides nutrient to tooth, but now marrow being withdrew so this tooth will be a dead one. It even become brittle and can be broken if I bite sth hard like grit”. He, therefore, advised me to protect it by covering it with precious metal like titan. Cost will be 3.500k VND more.
Hehe, earning money like this way sounds easy. Maybe I will have my child to become a dentist too.
