vậy tại sao, khi ta đi chia sẻ ý tưởng (ta tin là hay, là tốt, nếu thực hiện được sẽ là win-win), muốn họ nghe theo ý tưởng của mình, nhưng mới bị 3 lần từ chối, ta đã nản là sao?
