"A frog in one's throat" nghĩa là gì?

'A frog in one's throat' có từ frog là con ếch, và throat là cuống họng. Cụm từ này chỉ cảm giác khản giọng hoặc cảm thấy cổ họng như nghẹn tắc lại (thường nhắc đến như dấu hiệu sợ hãi)
