"A clean bill of health" nghĩa là gì?

'A clean bill of health' có từ clean là trong sạch, không tội lỗi, bill of health là giấy kiểm dịch (dùng trong ngành hàng hải), vì thế có nghĩa là quyết định của bác sĩ rằng ai đó khỏe mạnh; và nghĩa bóng là tin tức về một tổ chức nào đó đang hoạt động đúng đắn (news that an organization is operating correctly).
Ví dụ
