'Pull something out of a hat' nghĩa là đưa đến kết quả gây ngạc nhiên, bất ngờ (như ảo thuật lấy con thỏ từ trong mũ ra; to produce something seemingly out of nowhere; produce suddenly and surprisingly, as if by magic).

Investors are worried that a weakening Chinese economy and debt-laden state firms may push the world back into recession.
