"Stick to my ribs" nghĩa là gì?

'Stick to one's ribs' nghĩa là (món ăn) thịnh soạn, hậu hĩ và bổ dưỡng (be filling and nourishing); ngoài ra còn có nghĩa là (điều gì) khiến bạn nhớ mãi (last long).
Ví dụ
The meal was an opportunity to distill dining to its essence: something to stick to my ribs, and something to go to my head.
I was excited to hear that the restaurant would be serving "cowboy fare" and looked forward to dishes that would stick to my ribs.
