'Fox guarding the henhouse' = cáo trông chuồng gà -> nghĩa là người sẽ/có thể khai thác/trục lợi từ thông tin hoặc nguồn lực mà họ được giao nhiệm vụ bảo vệ (a person likely to exploit the information or resources that he or she has been charged to protect or control).
