'At an unearthly hour' nghĩa là rất sớm vào buổi sáng, hoặc rất muộn vào buổi tối; sáng sớm tinh mơ, tối muộn/tối khuya, đêm hôm khuya khoắt.

There was a time when Daksha Rathore dreaded waking up early morning.
