"Ahead of the curve" nghĩa là gì?

"Ahead of the curve" = dẫn đầu xu thế -> ý chỉ việc đi trước, dẫn đầu trong một lĩnh vực hay xu hướng, hành động theo một trào lưu, ý tưởng trước người khác. Ngoài ra đôi khi "ahead of the curve" cũng được hiểu với nghĩa là ở trên mức trung bình. Đối ngược với dẫn đầu, ta có cụm dành cho việc thụt lùi là "Behind the curve".
Ví dụ:
