"At the bottom of the food chain" = ở cuối cùng của chuỗi thức ăn -> ở/chiếm vị trí ít quan trọng nhất hoặc ít ảnh hưởng nhất trong một tổ chức, đảng phái hay thể chể chế chính trị.
