'Any port in a storm' = lúc gặp bão thì cập bến vào cảng nào cũng được -> trong lúc khó khăn, cấp bách thì giải pháp nào cũng có thể được chấp nhận dù không phải là giải pháp lý tưởng nhất. Đúng kiểu 'méo mó có còn hơn không' đấy các bạn nhé
