The adage (ngạn ngữ) goes, “don’t take any wooden nickels” but this one won’t fit in your pocket even if you try.

Remember when ‘Don’t take any wooden nickels’ meant ‘Don’t do anything stupid?’ And when ‘That’s my cup of tea’ meant you found something you like?

Nothing stays the same. Hold on and don’t take no wooden nickels. Seasons change. Nothing is perfect, so hold on, and it’ll get away from you. Don’t give up!

Under most circumstances (trường hợp) one should avoid wooden nickels, as in, “don’t take any…” However, special Westfield 350th Anniversary wooden nickels are a different matter.
