"In wine there is truth" = "In vino veritas" (tiếng Latin) -> nghĩa là 'trong rượu có sự thật'; "Rượu vào lời ra".

In vino veritas, in cervesio felicitas (“In wine there is truth, in beer there is happiness”)—the only thing that’s missing is a password to enter. The interiors boast of (khoe khoang) art deco panels and plush furniture, and their drinks menu is highly impressionable.

“In wine, there is truth” the ancient saying goes. In wine these days, there are also a lot of rules. And sometimes, the judgement, showmanship (tự đề cao), and shade surrounding what we drink and how we drink it can suck the fun right out of one of humanity’s oldest pleasures.

Is it optimistic to believe that in wine, there is truth? Maybe. But certainly, in wine, there is poetry. In his first collection of poems, American Oak, Bonny Doon native Jake Young finds inspiration in wine and the land that produces it.
