'Not on your life' = cả đời (mày) không có/không diễn ra (cái việc ấy) đâu -> hoàn toàn không, không đời nào, không bao giờ.

Ví dụ
Will this end speculation (suy đoán, nghiên cứu, đầu cơ tích trữ) over Epstein’s demise (chết, qua đời, băng hà)? Not on your life. Until the full medical examiner’s report (giám định pháp y) is published, we’ll still be talking about hyoid bones and the art rather than science of autopsies.

So, is it a good idea to automatically register people to vote when they apply or renew their licenses? The evidence says no. Even if the DMV cleans up this program will the Secretary of State start requiring folks to show their newly minted (tạo ra) driver’s licenses or other approved identification at the polls? Not on your life.

This January, attorney (luật sư) Martin London wrote an op-ed (mục ý kiến chuyên gia) in the New York Times in which he asked, “Is this publication protected by our First Amendment? Not on your life!” The federal government, he said, should “move decisively to block Inspire on the web. It is criminal incitement (xúi giục, kích động) that has produced lawless action, and no sentient judge would today say otherwise.”
