"A man about town" nghĩa là gì?

"A man about town" = Người đàn ông sắp xuống thị trấn -> Người đàn ông giao thiệp rộng và ăn mặc rất thời trang, họ thường đi tới các sự kiện thời trang, clubs hoặc nhà hát.
Ví dụ
Graphic artist Shelley Howard is a native Chicagoan. A man about town who explores big city pleasures. But his identification extends beyond Chicago.
Joseph Losey’s “Mr. Klein” (1976), showing in a select run at Film Forum beginning September 6, imagines a French Catholic named Robert Klein, a man-about-town who spends his days bilking Paris’ Jews for priceless pieces of art (kiệt tác nghệ thuật vô giá).
The sun was rising in the sky, t’would make a glorious day. Back in the castle, the wife was now ready for some tasty morsels (miếng) of food and drink to sustain her for the day ahead. As she ate, her husband’s absence (sự vắng mặt) caused her no concern — Robert de Barri was a ‘man about town’ of his time. It was not unusual for him to visit parts of their vast estate and call on others of his ‘upper class’ (tầng lớp thượng lưu).
