"Not trust someone as far as/ farther than you could throw (them) = bạn chẳng hề tin họ. 

Ví dụ 
I don't trust the Ole Miss defense (phòng vệ) as far as I can throw it, but I don't think Memphis' offense (tấn công) will come out clicking on all cylinders (xy-lanh) without Henderson and Pollard.
