'Say (that) black is white' = nói đen thành trắng -> nói, tin hay hành động như thể sự thật là điều ngược lại
Ví dụ

This is clearly a shill (cò mồi) working for Disney/Marvel, they employ (thuê) them all over social media, Media sites and Youtube. They’re paid to say black is white, ignorance is strength, war is peace, freedom is slavery – etc You get the picture. Just ignore him/her, he or she is probably refuting (bác bỏ) CM naysayers on several sites. Newspeak and inanity (ngu ngốc, ngớ ngẩn).
China may well be making one last ditch attempt to say black is white over its cultural genocide (tội diệt chủng) in Xinjiang (Tân Cương), but few in the free world are convinced. Least of all the Dilshats, who have seen the terrors first hand, the Ablizs and millions like him now illegally incarcerated (bỏ tù, tống giam), or the Ezizs and Ghunchams of this world in exile (đày ải), who wait in agony for news of their disappeared loved ones.
