"The only show in town" = sô diễn duy nhất trong thị trấn -> ý chỉ điều quan trọng nhất, duy nhất.

Ví dụ
Darla had put on her happy face and gone to work, and just like the other days, here she was again as if it were the only show in town; nothing to do, no place to go.

He want to get home before Kate left. The deal had left his pulse racing (mạch đập nhanh), his adrenaline (một loại hoóc môn) pumping, and his hormones raging (dữ dội) from his backyard encounter with stripper (vũ nữ thoát y). He needed release, and Kate was the only show in town for him tonight.

A challenge that I have placed quite a bit of focus on is getting the word out (tìm hiểu) about Sligo and the north-west as a place where the right talent can do some of their best work with some amazing companies. I refer to both nationals and non-nationals who have never visited the north-west or maybe see Dublin as the only show in town.
