"Act as" nghĩa là gì?

"Act as something" = đóng vai trò như là -> nói lên một vai trò hoặc một chức năng riêng biệt của ai đó/ điều gì đó.
Ví dụ
Silver prices could also test Rs (rupee) 46,000 and sustain (duy trì) above could extend rally (tăng giá) towards Rs 46,500. The level of Rs 45,000 act as major support (vai trò hỗ trợ chính) for silver.
