"Heaven protects children (,sailors), and drunken men" = Chúa bảo vệ/che chở trẻ thơ, (thủy thủ) và những người trong cơn say -> Diễn đạt sự vui mừng khi những đứa trẻ, thủy thủ và người say rượu không bị chấn thương/thoát nạn được khi đang một hoàn cảnh nhạy cảm/hiểm nguy.
