"Kings (Governments) have long arms" = Những ông vua thì có cánh tay dài -> Những người/tổ chức hay thế lực đang nắm quyền lực và có nhiều tay chân thì luôn có thể bắt hoặc trừng phạt những kẻ chống đối họ dù có chạy tới tận phương trời nào cũng bắt bằng được.
