"Business is business" nghĩa là công việc là công việc (không để tình cảm cá nhân xen vào); quân pháp bất vị thân.

But business is business, and greedy entrepreneurs (nhà doanh nghiệp) who see a new opportunity to make even more money, will always try to ingratiate themselves with (lấy lòng) politicians who, in turn, desperately need those magic Euros to finance their campaigns and get themselves elected.
The backbone of every business is a strong, cohesive (dính liền, cố kết) team. Always look to build up those around you, guiding them through challenges and helping them to reach their potential. Publicly praise those who are deserving, and don't point fingers when things go awry (thất bại, không như ý muốn). While business is business, remember to stay human too.
There's a strain of conventional wisdom that says that business is business, and family is family, and the time and energy devoted to one area shouldn't overlap (chồng chéo, lấn lên) with the other. It's a nice idea, but by and large, we've found that life as married CEOs just doesn't work that way. There's going to be overlap. There are going to be “gray areas” when business life extends into family life, and vice-versa (ngược lại).
