"Get (one's) head down" = Cúi đầu xuống -> Ngủ trưa; tập trung cao độ làm việc gì; đọc hoặc viết một cách tập trung cao độ.

Ví dụ
Such an occasion is one Coman relishes (ưa thích); one when he can get his head down and dribble (cú rê bóng), at and attack his opponents (đối thủ) - at high speed.

"Being a novice (người mới học việc) there, you wanted to have a look and see what was happening around you. And the voices would come from all over the place: 'Get down, get down, get your head down. Don't worry about what's going on up there, get down.'"

So, you’ve landed an interview. Congratulations! Now it’s time to get your head down and prepare your answers. The good news is that not all questions will be aimed at scrutinizing (kiểm tra kỹ càng) clinical practices or putting your interpersonal skills to the test, you can also expect a number of questions that you would be asked for any other job like “Tell me about yourself” and “What would you say are your greatest strengths/weaknesses?”
