Workers at the Wuhan Zoo have put panda dung on display for visitors to smell (ngửi) in a bid to (cố gắng, nỗ lực) teach the public about the animal's digestive (tiêu hóa) habits.
Many zoo-goers said they were surprised to find out that panda's faeces should have 'a fragrant (thơm phưng phức, thơm ngát) smell'. Some thought the waste smelt like 'bamboo (tre)' or 'bread (bánh mì)'.
...The exhibit (triển lãm) is displayed (trưng bày) in a transparent (trong suốt) box with holes (lỗ) for visitors to sniff through. Faced with enthusiastic (háo hức) tourists, The zoo's keepers have promised to use fresh (tươi) droppings every day.
