"Give a rocket" nghĩa là gì?

"Give (one) a rocket" = (thông tục) quở trách, mắng ai/bị quở trách nghiêm khắc.

Ví dụ
I wasn't the best of footballers but I just have to draw on the memory of how, when I had bad days, my dad would find me and give me a rocket.
