"It takes two to make a quarrel" = Phải do lỗi hai người mới có vụ cãi nhau chứ -> Một cuộc cãi lộn không thể chỉ do lỗi một người, nếu người kia không có lỗi sao lại phải cãi nhau.

Ví dụ
It takes two to make a quarrel. “Saudia Arabia hasn't taken one refugee (người tị nạn) from Syria explaining “there could be a terrorist (kẻ khủng bố) among them”.

Radhakrishnan’s biographer (người viết tiểu sử) and son, Gopal, tells us that when Stalin did meet Nehru’s ambassador (đại sứ), he found his slim, tall visitor advising him to explore the possibility of détente (tình trạng bớt căng thẳng). On Stalin’s saying he could not do that by himself, the ambassador said it takes two to make a quarrel but one can stop it.

Written by Radain Shah and directed by Aabis Raza, Bewafa seems to tread (bước đi, giẫm lên) on a dicey subject (thứ nguy hiểm). It shows that it takes two to make a quarrel. It questions our definitions of loyalty and cheating, and how men always look outside their homes for solace (lời an ủi), rather than working on relationships at home. We were disappointed to see yet another middle class girl shown as a cunning and a heartless social climber, but let’s hope that the story unfolds (bộc lộ, bày tỏ) better than our expectations.
