"Leave my options open" nghĩa là gì?

"Leave/keep (one's) options open" = Luôn giữ những sự lựa chọn cho mình -> Tránh việc đưa ra những quyết định hay thực hiện cam kết ở hiện tại mà khiến sau này mình hết sự lựa chọn.
Ví dụ
The legendary Russian fighter was non-committal (không cam kết) about the next stage in his professional career, choosing instead to leave his options open.
