"Take the view (that)" = Đưa ra ý kiến, quan điểm hoặc niềm tin của mình.

Ví dụ
The NHS and most companies take the view that a functioning prosthetic (sự lắp bộ phận chức năng giả) is not an option when the limb ends above the elbow (khuỷu tay).

Sheriff Alastair Brown said: “I take the view that the effect on the Nugents has been quite significant (quan trọng). “I also take the view that this was mean, was done out of a sense of grievance (lời trách, than phiền) and was a misplaced attempt to assert himself (đòi quyền lợi cho mình).”

The most obvious difference is the effect of Brexit. That issue dominated the election, and probably distorted (biến đổi) the voting. In my experience, talking to friends and family in the U.K., even some of those who opposed leaving the E.U. were beginning to take the view that the whole thing had dragged on for long enough. Johnson at least had the advantage of proposing a quick end, rather than more debate (tranh luận), more proposals for M.P.s to reject, and another vote.
