"Come up with the goods" nghĩa là gì?

"Come up with the goods" = Hoàn thành sứ mạng, làm đúng những gì đã hứa, làm được cái được mong đợi và yêu cầu ở bạn.

Ví dụ
2020 has already come up with the goods and we’re barely two weeks into it. Yep, it’s here and happening – Mandy Moore has announced her first album in well over ten years. Oh and she’s just dropped a single too. The planet might be going to hell in a handbasket but at least we’ve got the return of Mandy Moore (!!!) to look forward to in the next couple of months.

That’s not to say Coutinho should be viewed as a direct replacement for the waylaid Gnabry. Even if O Magico has come up with the goods as a right winger in big games for Barcelona and former employers Liverpool - scoring against the likes of Valencia and Manchester City respectively - and was introduced in Gnabry’s stead on the right-hand side of the attack in Bayern’s 4-0 Klassiker win over Borussia Dortmund, to pigeon-hole him would be a great disservice (sự chơi khăm, báo hại). What use is a magician if he’s not allowed to think outside of the box?

If you want some great quality and fashionable outerwear, The North Face offers one of the widest and most reasonably priced selections out there. The brand’s technical fabrics (kết cấu) really stand up to scrutiny (kiểm tra kỹ) and its coats are reliably warm and dry while comparably-priced offerings from the high street might not be. Plus, they are fashionable and even a status symbol in some parts of the world, such as South Korea (apparently). Whether you’re looking for a great waterproof for less than £100 or a reasonably-priced (giá cả hợp lý) synthetic  (tổng hợp, nhân tạo) down coat, The North Face will come up with the goods.
