"Cut in line" = Nhảy vô ở giữa hàng hoặc giữa dòng người đang xếp hàng đợi, chứ không chịu đứng đợi ở cuối hàng như theo thứ tự.

Ví dụ
A man is facing intimidation (sự hăm dọa) charges after pulling an AK47 on a driver he thought cut in line at the McDonald's drive thru, according to court records. Justin Stewart has been charged with two counts of intimidation.

A ticket seller from China is going viral for scolding a woman who cut in line twice at a railway station. The video, which was posted on China’s social media platform Weibo, shows the ticket seller confronting the unruly passenger (hành khách ngỗ ngược, ương nghạnh) when she cut the line twice while buying her ticket, South China Morning Post reported.

Simply put, all of it, from the traditions to the cavernous (hang) stadium to the hype videos to the band and the cheerleaders (đội trưởng đội cổ vũ) running out of the tunnel to lead the players onto the field, it’s all for the fans, but it’s also all about beating you, too. Nebraska is full of hospitable people, but when you are in their house on a Saturday in the fall, they’ll talk to you, they’ll feed you, they’ll let you cut in line if you ask nicely, but that’s not to say they want you to settle in and get comfortable.
