"Put a contract out on (one)" = Sắp xếp/thuê ai để ám sát hoặc giết người nào đó.

He tries to warn Ghost again, but Ghost thinks that Tate just wants to talk trash. He tells Tate to leave well enough alone and get out of Truth.
