"Balance them with" nghĩa là gì?

"Balance (something) with (something else)" nghĩa là cân bằng hai điều gì, cái gì; trung hòa cái này bằng một cái nào đó khác.
Ví dụ
“Some of our communities have multiple towers and we’d certainly like to balance them with some rentals and for-sale condos.”
Psychologist (nhà tâm lý học) Paul Sciberras said he too had seen patients discussing their worries about the virus. He stressed it was important that they have a space to express their fears but to balance them with rational (có lý) facts.
We live in a society with rules, and our little kiddos have brains that don’t intuitively or physiologically play by those rules. Like I helped my client to develop a give and take with his wife, we have to help our kids understand how to compromise (dàn xếp, thỏa hiệp) — not to turn off their brilliant, silly, energetic, emotional brains, but rather to balance them with everyone else’s idea of “quality function.” Why? Because maybe, just maybe, happiness lies somewhere in the middle for everyone.
