"Be on the hook" nghĩa là gì?

"Be on the hook" = trên cái móc -> nghĩa là phải trả tiền, chịu trách nhiệm, có nghĩa vụ hoặc cam kết với điều gì; nghĩa khác là trong trạng thái bị trì hoãn.
