"Get (one's) breath back" = Lấy lại hơi thở của mình -> Có thể thở bình thường trở lại sau hoạt động nhiều/mất sức.

Ví dụ
“You could be going from a very heavy lunge (lao tới, hích vai) into rowing. And then while your heart rate’s elevated and you’re trying to get your breath back, all of a sudden you’re back on the reformer trying to hold a pike (cây giáo).”

“As soon as he hit me, I knew there was going to be damage because he hit me very hard, and it knocked my breath out, and after that I couldn’t get my breath back for quite a long time, and I knew I had a problem with my lung because I was in too much pain.

You'll leave dripping and ready to go again – the benefit of the Versaclimber is it gets your heart rate up but you’ll get your breath back almost immediately when you stop, Alex insists. He recommends pairing the workout with the studio’s 40-minute Strength & Conditioning class straight after – your legs will be tired but you’ll be fine to do weights. Prepare to hobble the next day.
