"Pass the baton" nghĩa là gì?

"Pass the baton" = trao cây gậy -> nghĩa là giao trọng trách, trách nhiệm cho người khác (trong cuộc đua tiếp sức, người chạy sẽ đưa cây gậy cho người tiếp theo).
