"With immediate effect" nghĩa là gì?

"With immediate effect" hoặc "with effect from" = hiệu lực ngay lập tức từ -> bắt đầu từ (+ thời gian cụ thể), bắt đầu ngay bây giờ. 

Ví dụ
Cabinet (Nội các) approves (phê duyệt) Mega Consolidation in Public Sector Banks with effect from 1 April 2020. 

The Delhi High Court (Tòa Án tối cao) is set to function with a new Judges Roster with effect from March 11, 2020.
