"Get in a snit" = Càu nhàu/tức tối và giận dữ.
Ví dụ
Boone left 20 outs for his bullpen to get. No reason to get in a snit about it. Guess what: he had 10 pitchers in the bullpen. He had a day off Monday. His top relievers were not stressed the previous day. They had played four games in the previous 13 games.
I just don’t see it that way. I want to know how black folks feel about issues. I do not think a white guy perspective is totally objective. We’ve have this problem for a long time and everytime blacks have a say about something, some white folks get in a snit about it.
Trump, don’t get in a snit just because everyone in Greenland and Denmark blew off your idea about the U.S. buying Greenland. Do what any good real estate guy does when he gets a “not interested, you’ve got to be kidding” reply to an unsolicited buy-out proposal. Make them an offer. A serious offer. An offer that can’t be ignored. An offer that’s really hard to reject.
