"Share your pain" nghĩa là gì?

"Share one's pain" = chia sẻ nỗi đau -> nghĩa là đồng cảm, thấu hiểu nỗi đau.

Ví dụ
We need to be physically distant (cách ly thân thể), but we need to share our collective (tập thể) pain.

They pick Nancy up and share her pain and hold her while she cries and reassure (trấn an) her as best they can.

In a mysterious (bí ẩn) way, sharing our pain instead of hiding it, can bring healing not only to ourselves but to those around us.

Rather than trying to ignore (lờ đi), numb (tê liệt) or suppress (kìm nén) the pain, we must allow ourselves to feel those painful emotions (cảm xúc). Finally, true healing (chữa lành) requires that we allow others to share our pain and walk with us through it.
