"Ask around about" nghĩa là gì?

"Ask around about (someone or something)" nghĩa là lân la tìm hiểu về ai/điều gì.
Ví dụ
You can ask around about me. You can ask around about Joe Ponzi. Joe is as straight as they come.
I tried to tell Trey that they were asking around about him and things, but that boy was just too greedy (tham lam).
What you need is a mature (trưởng thành) student, who could study in another room, in here, perhaps, but be within easy earshot (tầm nghe). I'll ask around. My wife may know someone.
