"Budget (something) for (something)" nghĩa là để dành, tiết kiệm một thứ gì đó (thường là tiền hoặc thời gian) để dùng cho một thứ khác.

Ví dụ
"For me personally, I have had many of my gigs cancel for April and for May. Many of us depend on that extra income to pay bills or budget it for something else. The money that I was going to earn in April and May from my gigs was going to be used to pay for my son's High School Graduation party," he said.

“We have completed working of 18 months with the mechanism for Quarterly Tariff Adjustments (QTA) to implement the second quarter after the first quarter is over. This has little bit of financial hit but Power Division has asked Finance Division to pay pending subsidies (tiền trợ cấp) and budget it for next fiscal year," said a senior official on condition of anonymity.

One night I was watching a movie with my husband Jamal and I remember I had four tubs of blueberries next to me, my ‘popcorn’ for watching a movie. I turned round and said to Jamal, ‘how many people in Dubai could sit with four tubs of blueberries and treat that as popcorn?’ Even if you are a CEO of a company and have a great salary, AED22 a punnet in Spinneys? You could afford it, but you would budget it for the week.
